Every custom silicone mold is designed, printed, cast and tested here by a team that makes candles too, which is why the engineering is driven by what actually happens at the pouring table.

Three Starting Points and What They Cost
- You have a print-ready 3D model — $300 development. Applies when your STL needs no edits.
- You have a sketch or reference image — $350 development. Includes creating the 3D model from your image or sketch.
- You only have an idea — $50 + $350. We create the reference image first, then the 3D model and mold development.
Silicone molds are priced separately from development, typically $45–$65 per mold depending on silicone volume. A standalone custom 3D candle design, delivered as STL files for your own resin printer, is $200.

How the Process Works, Step by Step
- 3D design — when you don't already have a print-ready file. You review and approve the design before anything is printed.
- Master printing — the approved model is printed as the master candle shape.
- Finishing — preparing the 3D printed master for silicone casting.
- Mold housing and fixtures — the structure that keeps the mold stable and the seam tight.
- Silicone mold production — casting the mold itself.
- Testing — we pour a real candle before the mold ships.
Projects that require us to create a 3D model typically take 2–3 weeks. We accept STL files, and we review every file before printing — AI-generated models often look fine on screen but contain broken faces that will not print. If a file needs repair or a rebuild, we discuss the cost before starting.
Custom Candles, Not Just Custom Molds
Some customers want the mold; others want the finished product. We can pour candles from your mold in your choice of colors and scents, using soy wax or white beeswax and phthalate-free fragrance oils from U.S. suppliers. Candles can ship to one address or directly to your customers.
