Where do you ship?
From this site we ship across the United States only. For international orders, including Canada, please order from our Etsy shop — Etsy handles all international shipping for us.
How fast do you ship?
We prepare orders within 2 to 5 business days from our studio in Charlotte, NC. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. We do not ship internationally from this site —for orders outside the U.S. (including Canada), please order from our Etsy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
Not from this site. International orders are fulfilled through our Etsy shop. Etsy calculates shipping and handles customs paperwork.
Tariffs, customs, and import taxes (Etsy orders)
International orders placed on Etsy may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs clearance charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are typically due upon arrival. They are the buyer's responsibility. We can't predict what your local customs office may charge and are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
What if my mold arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at musemolds@gmail.com. Send a photo and we'll make it right, replacement or full refund, no hassle.
Can I return a mold I've already used?
We stand behind our molds. If something isn't working the way it should, reach out at musemolds@gmail.com and we'll find a solution.
What if I just changed my mind?
Unused, unopened molds can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
