Where do you ship?
We ship across the USA and internationally. Exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How fast do you ship?
We prepare orders within 2 to 5 business days from our studio in Charlotte, NC. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Tariffs, customs, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs clearance charges. These fees are not included in your order total. If your country charges them, they are typically due upon arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. We don't know the rules, thresholds, or customs procedures of every country, so we can't predict what your local customs office may charge. We're also not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
What if an international package is refused or not collected?
If an international order is refused, not picked up, or returned to Muse Molds because customs fees weren't paid, we'll refund the product price only after the package is returned to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my mold arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at musemolds@gmail.com. Send a photo and we'll make it right, replacement or full refund, no hassle.
Can I return a mold I've already used?
We stand behind our molds. If something isn't working the way it should, reach out at musemolds@gmail.com and we'll find a solution.
What if I just changed my mind?
Unused, unopened molds can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
